Files you upload

We do not store your settlement files. When you submit a file, it is held in volatile server memory only for the duration of the conversion, then discarded the moment your download begins. Files are never written to disk and are never shared with third parties.

Encryption in transit

All uploads and downloads are protected with SSL / TLS encryption (provided by our hosting platform).

Account data

If you create a paid account, we store your email address and billing metadata via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Cookies & analytics

We do not set non-essential cookies and we do not run advertising trackers. Aggregate page views on our marketing site are measured using Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that does not identify individual visitors.

Error tracking

We use Sentry as a third-party processor to capture application errors. Sentry events include the type of error, the URL of the request, and the file and line where the error occurred. By default, we explicitly disable collection of IP addresses, request bodies, and request headers. We do not transmit settlement file contents to Sentry.

Acceptable use & your data rights

By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the legal right to access and process its contents. You agree not to use the service to scrape, probe for vulnerabilities, or submit third-party PII without authorization.

We do not sell your data. If you are an EU resident covered by GDPR or a California resident covered by CCPA and would like a copy of any data associated with your email, or its deletion, email us at the address below.
